Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the materials and the delivery distance from our distribution centers. For oversized items like timber or drywall, we offer flat-rate local delivery options which can be selected at checkout.
Do you offer job site delivery for professional contractors?
Yes, we provide specialized job site delivery services. During checkout, you can specify delivery instructions and preferred drop-off points to ensure your supplies are placed exactly where your crew needs them.
What is your return policy on unused construction supplies?
Unopened and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that custom-cut materials, tinted paint, and special orders are non-refundable.
Can I apply for a professional trade account?
Absolutely. Professional contractors and builders can apply for a CSR Trade Account to access volume discounts, tax-exempt purchasing, and dedicated account management. Contact our support team for the application form.
How do I track the status of my heavy-freight order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. For large freight or crane-truck deliveries, our dispatch team will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm a delivery window.
